Your Signature Home Care has been providing Personal Care to its adult clientele for years. We know that you or your family member may need, how much assistance should be provided and how often it should be provided in the home setting. As much as possible, we will preserve the client’s independence. Where our help is needed, we are ready to assist.

Personal Care includes assistance with:

  • Bathing
  • Skin care
  • Mouth care
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
  • Ambulation and transfer
  • Meal Preparation and Feeding
  • Medication Administration and Reminders
  • Light Housekeeping, including Laundry (washing dishes, making beds and linen change for the client)
  • Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care
  • Observation: reporting any change in the client’s condition
  • Errands
